Booking information at a glance

Please consider that smoking is not allowed inside our holiday homes and houses. Almost all the homes have patios or courtyards where the smokers among our guests will find a nice place to enjoy.

All our holiday homes and houses provide bedclothes and towels.

For parents with young children or babys we stage cots and high chairs just let us know in advance. Due to hygiene we do not provide bedclothes or duvet covers for the cots. 

Pets are generally welcome in our houses and apartments. For dogs and cats a one-time cleaning due of 20 € is charged.

Main-season:

Minimum stay of 4 nights, between first of april and first of november and the school holidays of Germany, Netherlands and Belgium.

Off-season:

Minimum stay of 2 nights throughout the rest of the year.

Christmas and new year:

Minimum stay of 4 nights

Extended weekends with red letter days off the german school holidays:
Minimum stay of 4 nights.
